Waiting List Open
CVR New York, Local Administrator for New York State Homes and Community Renewal, hereby announces the opening of the waiting list for Westchester elderly-only PBV sites.
Applicants must be 62 years or older to apply and meet other eligibility criteria. Applications will be accepted for the following elderly-only buildings: Sleepy Hollow Senior Housing, Grace Terrace, Finian Sullivan Tower, Kingsley House, Maple Center, Peekskill Plaza, and Wesley Hall.
Applications will be accepted from September 14, 2026 through October 12, 2026. At the end of the opening period, applications will be entered into a lottery to be placed on the waiting list.
Applications will be available online only at the Applicant Portal.
No applications are available at the CVR office.

HOUSEHOLD INCOME LIMITS
Applicants must have annual household incomes that do not exceed the following limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
